AI Newsletter Online is a digital product delivered instantly. Because access is granted the moment payment is processed, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once the product has been used. "Used" means generating, editing, copying, or downloading any newsletter after upgrading, or removing the watermark on any output.

Free trial before you pay

Every visitor can generate one full newsletter for free without an account. We strongly encourage you to try the product before upgrading so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Cancelling a subscription

If you are on a monthly or yearly subscription, you may cancel at any time from your PayPal account. Cancellation stops all future billing. The current billing period will run to its scheduled end date and no partial refunds are issued for unused time within that period.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged twice for the same plan, or a charge was clearly the result of a technical error, contact us through the Contact page within seven days of the charge and include the PayPal transaction ID. We will investigate and, where the duplicate charge is confirmed, reverse it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us through the Contact page before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks filed after the product has been used may be disputed with evidence of use, including account activity logs.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
