Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and AI Newsletter Online. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AI Newsletter Online is an online tool that generates email newsletters from a URL or text you provide. The free tier is limited to one newsletter per browser session. Paid plans remove that limit, remove the watermark, and enable PDF export without a watermark. Current pricing is listed on the pricing page.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share your password. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, that impersonates a real person or organisation without permission, or that is intended to deceive recipients about the sender's identity.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing product.

4. Content ownership

You own the newsletters you generate. We claim no rights in your output. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any source URL or text you paste, and for what you do with the generated newsletter.

5. Payment

Paid plans are processed by PayPal. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. Any one-time or lifetime plan means the operational lifetime of the Service — we aim to run this Service indefinitely, but if we discontinue it we will provide reasonable notice.

6. Refunds

All sales are final once the product is used. See our Refund Policy for details. Subscriptions can be cancelled from PayPal at any time to stop future billing.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generated newsletters are free of factual errors. Always review AI-generated content before sending it to real subscribers.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least fourteen days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to sue where you live.
