Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms describe how paid AI Newsletter Online subscriptions work. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. Plans

AI Newsletter Online is offered on a Free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro is available on two billing cycles: monthly (billed every calendar month) and yearly (billed once every twelve months, at a discount off the monthly rate). Current prices are shown on the Pricing page.

2. Automatic renewal

By starting a subscription you authorise PayPal to charge your funding source at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. Monthly plans renew every month on the same day. Yearly plans renew every twelve months on the same date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Automatic payments. Cancellation stops all future billing. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period; access reverts to the Free tier the day after that period ends.

4. Refunds

All sales are final once the product is used. See the full Refund Policy. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period after cancellation.

5. Price changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will only take effect at the start of your next billing period, and we will notify existing subscribers by email at least fourteen days before the change applies.

6. Failed payments

If a scheduled payment fails, PayPal will retry according to its standard retry schedule. If the payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended and access to Pro features may be paused until payment is restored.

7. Taxes

Prices shown are exclusive of any taxes that may apply based on your country of residence. Where applicable taxes are owed, they will be added at checkout or collected by PayPal on our behalf.
